1. Service Description
Sanctuary Oracle is an AI-powered divination and spiritual guidance platform offering tarot readings, astrology birth charts, horoscope interpretations, palmistry analysis, pendulum readings, face reading, aura & energy analysis, and magic ball consultations ("the Service"). All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person.
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 7 readings. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Standard or Premium), billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription and may be updated with prior notice.
5. Payments & Cancellation
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: All readings, interpretations, and guidance provided by Sanctuary Oracle are generated by artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Sanctuary Oracle makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated readings. They do not constitute professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise. You should not make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated readings. The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs on Sanctuary Oracle are the property of Soft AI Solutions S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems, (c) share your account credentials, (d) submit false information, or (e) harass other users or staff.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sanctuary Oracle and Soft AI Solutions S.R.L. are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available at this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in București, Romania.
